After every appointment, all patients with a registered mobile number will receive a text from the practice asking them how they would rate our service.
Alongside this, there are also slips in our reception area which we encourage patients to complete as well as a electronic version situated on our website.
Each month we collate these results, you can see these below for March 2024.

Feedback is also asked regarding our service on all surveys, all feedback is taken to our monthly practice meetings to highlight any areas of concern as well as positive recognition.
